At the last ZBA meeting the board resolved to let the Legionaries just submit a supplemental document to address some outstanding issues on their proposed expansion for the 465 person seminary. This, unfortunately, is less formal than requiring them to submit a Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement.

I'm attaching both the board's resolution and comments by Clark Associates as to things the LoC must address.

After the LoC submits these things, the board will review them for completeness. When the FEIS is ruled 'complete', there will be another public hearing at which it will be critical that we show up in force. This will be our one chance to speak regarding this huge proposed expansion.

I will keep you posted when I know more about when this will occur. I suspect the LoC will take a long time to address the issues they must now address.
